Cyclone Melissa is forecast to become a infrequent highest-level cyclone as it shifts in the direction of Jamaica, causing dangerous flash flooding and rock falls.

The hurricane, which recorded wind speeds of up to 120 mph as of 6:00 AM GMT, is currently turning northwest in the Caribbean and is expected to hit the coast by early next week, according to weather experts.
